As the title suggests, I didn't want to call this blouse a peplum but it really is when not worn by me! It's not my size and I had to add on the belt to hide that! And it had a consequence-the peplum part was gone!
I should probably give it away..I'll tell you when :) OR have it resized to fit me :D
